- For remuneration, benefits and employee allowances, the data may be kept for a maximum period of TEN YEARS after the employee's contract has ceased.
- The retention period may be extended for judicial reasons up to SIX MONTHS after the data has been transferred to judicial institutions or the judgment has come to a final decision.
- For pension and social security purposes or the payment of subsequent supplementary benefits owed after the employee's contract has ceased, the necessary data to prove the employee's status, length of service and remuneration progress may be retained for up to FIVE YEARS after the corresponding purposes have ceased.
- For purposes of customers' and suppliers' administrative management, data may be retained for a period of TEN YEARS after the work relationship has ceased.
When the maximum retention period has been reached, your personal data will be securely destroyed/deleted.

In conformity with the law, employees/suppliers/customers have the right to request:

- Access to their personal data. - Update of their personal data.
- The removal of their personal data. - Suspension of their personal data treatment in case they object to it.
